Refund policy
To be eligible for a return
- Window time of 14 Days from Delivery
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If the product has been installed or modified returns are not eligible
- All of our items are advised to have professional installation. If you cannot provide a service record with a verifiable source then your return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted
- We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package
- The carrier must show in transit of the returned product verified by tracking status within 5 days.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted
- Note: Carrier tracking status of Accepted, or similar is not considered in transit
Damages and issues
- Please inspect your order upon delivery immediately and contact us at Sales@BYLTINDUSTRY.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item

Exchanges
- To expedite the acquisition of your desired item, the most efficient approach is to initiate a return for the current item. Upon acceptance of the return, proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item. This streamlined process ensures a quicker resolution and fulfillment of your preferences.
Refunds
- The maximum refund will be 75% of total purchase (excluding additional shipping cost)Â
Note: You are responsible for the return shipping label and safely packing the return item back to us. If the item is damaged during transport you will be subject to 50% max refund. We recommend taking photos of your packages contents and exterior prior to shipping and contacting your carrier for an insurance claim to recoup lost value if it is damaged.

Items considered not in original condition may exhibit substantial signs of wear, deviating significantly from the original state when dispatched to the buyer. This classification includes instances where essential components are absent, the item is damaged, scratched, defective, or in need of service or repair. Â
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. The inspection process begins next business day of receiving the item and will be completed within 48 Hours unless a holiday or weekend interrupts the timeframe. If approved, your refund will go back to the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Warranty
If you believe your item is defective, please contact us before sending it back. Customers are responsible for the initial cost of shipping the product to us for inspection and processing. Upon receipt, we will evaluate the item.

If the product is found defective under the terms of our warranty, we will send you a replacement item (subject to stock availability) at no cost to you, including shipping back to you.

If the product is not found defective, it will be returned to you at your expense, or other arrangements can be made.
Please ensure your return is packaged securely to prevent damage in transit. We recommend insuring your package in the event your product is damaged due to carrier mishandling.Â
