Shipping Terms & Conditions

  • Order Processing Time: Orders placed before 11:00 AM CST are processed the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff time or during weekends/holidays are processed on the next business day.

  • Transit Times: Please note that transit times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control once the shipment is in the carrier’s possession. We are unable to reimburse expedited shipping charges in the event of delays that occur during transit and are outside of our control.

  • Signature Confirmation: Orders over $600 may require signature confirmation upon delivery.

  • Order Modifications: Once an order is completed, no cancellations, modifications, or changes to the shipping address are allowed. Customers are advised to verify all selections and information before completing their orders. Customer's that have had their payment captured or have an address issue are encouraged to contact the carrier to have it held at a local pick up facility. You will need to take your invoice and ID for verification. If the item is returned you have the option to pay for a new label with the correct address. You must contact us via messaging system on Shopify. If 7 days have passed from the day we physically receive it, and no response is heard of we will refund you max 50% of total order (excluding shipping).

  • Shipping Restrictions: BYLT INDUSTRY does not ship to P.O. Boxes for larger items. Shipments to APO/FPO addresses, certain parts of Alaska and Hawaii, as well as Puerto Rico and other USA territories, may take 10 to 21 business days for delivery and may involve additional fees.

  • Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options indicate transit time only. Packaging and handling may require an additional 1 to 2 business days, depending on when the order is placed. Example: Order for Next Day Shipping placed after cut off time on Friday. Order will be shipped on the following Monday. Meaning it arrives Tuesday.

  • International Shipping: BYLT INDUSTRY requires custom quote for international orders due to the changing rates and locations.

  • Customers should review and understand these terms before placing an order with BYLT INDUSTRY to ensure a smooth shipping process.
